DEVELOPMENT APPROACH

The Great Heist is being developed through a phased rollout model designed to balance controlled growth, feature validation, community building, and long-term ecosystem expansion.

Rather than launching as a fully open product from day one, the project is structured around a sequence of epochs. This model allows the platform to scale progressively, validate retention and gameplay systems in stages, and reward early participation through differentiated access and positioning.

Designed to validate the core gameplay loop and establish the initial operator base. Focus on core tap mechanics, initial DIM accumulation, crew activation, and referral onboarding.

Intended to strengthen retention. Introduces leaderboard systems, VIP Pass access, daily missions, and first competitive and community status mechanics to shape progression habits.

Transitions the ecosystem into coordinated social competition. Introduces seasonal frameworks, clan/guild mechanics, and expanded leaderboard events.

Marks the expansion beyond the original gameplay loop. Focus on connected game experiences and progression interoperability across multiple environments.

EPOCH 5: TOKEN READINESS

Preparation for the $DIM Token. Involves snapshot logic tied to user activity, airdrop framework design, and early token utility communication.
